great neighborhood bar
Smells bad, good music, the crowd is a little older and a little trashy but not necessarily a bad thing. They cld use some top shelf booze.

Park Place is what Id call the Cheers of the Riverside area of Jacksonville. Park Place is fun on almost any night of the week.

Great for conversation and meeting new people
Great music/videos, friendly bartenders, easy to carry on a conversation. Great location to hop from Walker's, The Loft, Kickbacks, and not far from Metro. Although it's a little smoky at times.
